The bumper looks great! How do you access the pin on the 2" receiver? You mentioned that you are missing the sway bar. FYI- you can still use the stock sway bar with the long arms. You need to heat up the sway bar ends and bend them as to add more width. Then you may need to get a longer bolt and tube to link the sway bar to the LCA. Even better, get a sway bar quick disconnect, then you'll get full flex on the trail and corner like a slot car to and from when your on the street.

I'll have to post some details of the sway bar modification one of these days, but in reality there isn't much too it! Something anyone with a propane bottle for heat and a bench vise for bending can figure out; your just stretching the sway bar to be a bit wider!

I mean, the dang thing was so saggy, I was something like 1 inch or 2 from the bump stop just sitting there! Hehe. However, now I'm going with the Old Man Emu leaf pax and greasable longer shackles, so I was just a little concerned that I might be truly up 3 inches overstock or more and wind up with the wicked rake! We'll see, the experimenting is half the fun, right?
im pretty sure adjusting your stock t bars will be the same as having OME t bars set at the same high if not similar. adjusting stock t bar for more high makes them a little stiffer. OME t bar gives you more lift with a larger diameter t bar so it will be stiff as well. that is the way i see it. running custom suspension set will have to be a trail and error since we dont run common suspension set ups lol

the rear section of the bumper isnt fully boxed. thank god since it would weight even more. i can reach around to the inside to access the pin. not really missing sway bars, i removed them when i had just the BJ spacer lift kit. i got use to the roll and i dont really drive faster than i can handle. i have to keep in mind im in a 4x4 and not my little s2000 lmao. once i installed the LT kit, it seem to roll even less since it had a wider stance. than i installed the OME t bars and now feels like i have sway bars again. handle extremely way otw to Yosemite with all the twisty roads. i usually take corners pretty well but will hear tire squeal, with OME i dont. again they are still new and hope that they soften up just a little bit. im still happy with how it rides on the street. the true test and purpose of this truck will be on the ROCKS

still breaking in the OME t bars and i have to say it handles high speed (20-30mph) fireroads covered in snow with ruts much better than stock t bars. the OME t bars dont flex as easily compared to the softer factory t bars. i hope the OME soften up with each trip. you guys know i love to flex.

got to do the only trail i like thats open during snow season. Bald Mountain. got off camber a bunch of times and it feels worst than it looks for the most part. also it feels better to be on the high side than the low.

dont know why this was so burly, lens must have fogged up

dont need SA for steep off camber climbs

inclinometer would read 20-30 degrees at times. there was alot of these off camber spots, going high on the left than right a few times

very steep climb, no SA needed just a locker will get you thru most of anything

just to the left of my runner is the tower (end of trail) we usually try to get to. few built guys was on the way back down and told us that going there is no problem but as you can see come back will be hard. a few of them got stuck. plus i had dinner plans and needed to be back by 5ish. so we stopped where the picture is. looks like we are far from tower but really we were only another 5-10 mins tops from it.

so i had these wedge cup holders for a while and my gf hated them cuz water bottles would fall out of them when we off road. i have one on each door. i went to hardware store and found these ABS pipe ends that fit right into them perfect. but it would interfere with the top half of the door panel. so i trimmed off enough and now it works great. i love it

Genius! let the bookmarking commence!

I don't have map pockets unfortunately but I'll remember the plumbing fittings, they even come in super big gulp sizes! Heck even keg sized if you go to the right supplier.

did a 4WP appreciation run today. had a great time on a road/trail i never done. sky ranch road. started off as just a paved road and than it got powdery. i had a blast but too many stuck jeeps for my liking :p

this BA looking thing came along. cool to have but it was heavy on the powder stuff.

i stayed in 2WD for a while drifting with this guy in front of me. had a blast

finally had to air down and some water for my dogs
can see a large group of guys behind me
love hanging out with other 4runners of all shapes and sizes

we parked all over the place, had free tri tip and it was damn good!! free raffle too. only won a TG hat but i had fun

lots of powder, my buddy got stuck going around a stuck jeep that i pulled out
was more stuck jeeps but i got tired of taking pix of them haha, was atleast 4 and some of the same ones was stuck over and over

this was more of a snow covered road with powder at certain sections. i didnt get to meet the owner but it did pretty ok i guess for its size. just need a lot of running starts at powder areas lol

the more i drive my runner with the OME T Bars. the more i like them. handles bumps much better. it takes the bump and returns to normal without any bouncing. still flexes great on the trail.

took a few friends that never off road before. had a great time. they are hooked and wanna do it again next month..

loaded and locked!!

my buddies well built taco on dana60s

slushy snow here and there. alot of water/mud.

this doesnt look steep but after a few guys have gone up it. it must have soften it up so some of the guys had to take a running start
