Weld together for 399 that may very well be worth it... hmm

I would just get a Trail Gear or Marlin Crawler rear bumper but like you, i'd like to try and have a matching rear plate bumper.

I agree with the jerry can holder, it's ugly IMO. And i'm not a fan of the spare tire angle but I can live with it.

if you get the weld together kit. you can change the angle of the spare tire. he told me i can install the spare tire on the driver side *reason* pass side already has to much weight like fuel tank and t-case. you can mod just about anything you want. im holding off to see about getting his other one in the mag i seen

Yeah that's definitely a benefit of the weld-together one.

Any pics of the other one?

been a busy weekend for me i guess. finally got around to adding a factory 4.88 IFS diff in. used my non add tube. i have to say those that do this on the ground must have more skills than i do. i did this on a lift and still was alot of work...
4runner to pre-runner

top is ADD 4.88 diff. just have to remove the stubby gear thing. i had to pop the cover open to pop the stub out

once the stub is out. you can see it looks just like a non add diff. just need to install a seal.

the seal on non add diff are the same on both sides

installed and you can see the ADD sticker and a NON ADD tube

not sure when these bad boys will be installed. just went with HREW kickout from 4x

Looks good man, wish I did the non-ADD tube swap instead of the band clamp mod now.

woops, i mean a full shot of the runner to show off how the sliders are from a different view. i emailed them about building me the one in the mag but he said the only way they would do it is if they had my runner
they could build it but said it would cost to much.... :*(

Pretty much just using a band clamp to keep the shift fork in the ADD tube locked in 4WD

Ah ok. When I get a chance I will get you a pic.

And that's a real shame... guess it's back to the drawing board.

didnt know you had to do that. i heard you just have to lock it in so its engaged all the time and use manual hubs. def swap the tube if you can. cleaner look and one less thing to worry bout
