Thanks. The 14 bolt is about 66.5" wms to wms. The front is even an inch wider than that. The only thing holding me back from putting it on the ground is the front leaf spring studs that screw into the pumpkin dont have enough threads. But ill get that problem licked and put it on the ground on all 4s by tomorrow night at the latest.

Got the painted calipers on and axles shafts back in the rear axle. I also threaded more threads onto the leaf spring studs that screw into the pumpkin of the d60. (They didn't have enough...) And the 60 is back under the yota and put the tires on and set it on the ground! I really like how the rear suspension turned out but not so much the front. Its got a 4"+ rake in the front and i dont like the look and i think its way too tall. I wanted a low center of gravity but the front is... well anything but low... I don't know what I'm going to do yet. What do you guys thing about the way it sits? And what would you do?

I just found this. Thought I was the only person on here doing tons. Lol
Post a pic of the front shackles. I can't really see them in the picture, but I bet there close to 90, move them so there 45 or less. It will work better on the trail, ride better and might even get you your 4"'lower back

I don't have a pic of the shackle angle with the trail gear springs but heres the angle with the stock rears up front. Of course this is ride height and not full droop. What do you think?

That's better. And truthfully about where mine sit. I think you'll be way happier with the rears.

Thats about perfect. I found a 40* shackle angle on front and rear were best for me. Offers a much smoother ride. Keep in mind those new fronts will settle. Mine didnt settle that much but a lot of people say theirs settled a lot. Looks like you already fixed the problem with RUF. I would run them as is and you have an extra pack if you need it.

Your shackle angle in the rear is super low which is probably why its sitting lower. A steep shackle angle in the front and a low shcakle angle in the rear combined is probably giving you the 2" either direction. Level them out and it will probably sit even after settling.

Quite a bit has happened over the last week. I decided to just buy a t-case crossmember and heavy duty mounts instead of making one just to speed up the biuld. I will probably make one out of tubing one day but i think she will do for a while. I also bought a bushing kit for my RUF. And I finally bought a high quality tube notcher!

And here is how the truck sits right now. Im at a standstill until i the bushing kit come in but as soon as that comes in I will hopefully mount the 60 in for the last time. After all that, I'm gonna install my daul case and make drive shafts.

Put the new bushing in and hung the spring. She's back on the ground with the RUF. Next up is the t case. I don't know if im gonna do it tomorrow yet or not but I guess we'll see. Planing on fork lifting it too in the near future to see how she's gonna do with the RUF.
