Nice looking runner man! Im diggin' the yellow, its always been one of my favorite colors for rigs.

I do have a couple of quick questions for you

Are you happy with your Carr lightbar? I was thinking of ordering one for my hella 500's and my Golight Stryker.

On the Can-Back, i had read somewhere that there are attachments on it above the window, almost like a gutter, to which you can attach crossbars for a roof basket. Can you verify this?

Keep up the great work!

Thanks man i put a lot into her!

I love the Carr lightbar, it is worth the money.

About the can-back there aren't gutters but the cross bars have holes in them which you can bolt the rack to. I can take pics if need be.

Awesome! Id appreciate it if you could snap some pics. Sadly,my softopper has nothing in the way of rack attachment, so im either going to have to fab something up, or sell my softopper and buy a canback.

Im going to order the lightbar now, i can wait to get my lights on!

Thanks!

Let me go snap some quick pics now. Fabbing something up shouldn't be very hard at all.

Sweet, another 4Runner that's gonna look kinda like mine!

Yeah as you can see its just a plate welded to the cross bar with 2 holes drilled in and the rack bolted in.

Looking forward to seeing you at EC4RJ!!

Did a little searching about dual t-cases, all i got was a lot of conflicting info about its easy to do, no its hard to do, but nothing about the actual install... If anyone has any info, please pass it along.

Also plan on getting sliders soon, best place to get em? TrailGear? WabFab? 4xInnovations? Other? Make some suggestions!

for dual cases:
parts u need:
-second t-case tht is top shift
-adapter
-longer front driveline
-shorter rear drive line.
-new crossmember

work:
-tear apart second t-case(remove reduction box from high/low bow)
bolt adapter to.
-un-bolt drivelines
-most unbolt tranny, should be able to remove just the t-case.
-remove tcase.
-bolt tcase to crawl box(second t-case)
-measure to determine where to cut the hole for the t-case shifter.
-bolt tranny or t-case in
-install new tranny/dual t-case crossmember, or make one.
-shorten rear driveline.
-extend front drive line or make one out of square tubing.

things are slightly differant if you have a forward shift t-case.
but tht should be it i think i got it all but i might have missed something.

That's not so bad. I have the top shift t-case so that part of it is done. How do i got about removing the reduction box?

yeah, almost makes me want to buy some (less than $200 for a pair!)

just remember: anything you get before rc, you have to put on before rc! naw, but we should set up another build day at rb's so you can get some stuff done

by the way: great prom picture
