Sweet, thanks for the link. I'll use a plasma cutter instead of the grinding wheel lol.

If I had a plasma,i would have used one, but my 4" grinder worked perfect for the job.....
I got my ARB for real cheap because the guy who had it could not figure out how to make it fit...
I got a brand new bumper with all the brand new (never used) hardware for $400.

Wow what a great deal! Someone finally got a better deal than me! I paid retail (more than double you) but to me it was worth it.

I get to use a plasma because i work at a welder/plasma cutting repair shop

Thanks again!

Not according to 4x4wire. http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/faq/parts/

L43 1979-1980 20R 4

L45 1981-1982 22R 4

The only other 4sp trans were the auto A340F and A340H

Now this only goes for the 4x4's. Not sure on the 2wd trucks. But since that thing has a t-case on it.......

I was planning on putting the 3.4 into my 1995 4Runner but i abandoned that project because i could really use the money elsewhere and i don't have TONS of time.

Haven't gotten a chance to fire up the compressor yet, i think i'm gonna test her out today rain pending.
