I'm not looking for any parts, but I would be interested in what you think of the SORD leaf springs. Are they they the 3L versions?

Yeah they are the 3L version. So far not too much to say with the runner just sitting on the lift. They are fairly close to flat. Def gave me some lift over my overly-cranked t-bars w/ bj spacers. It looks like it will end up sitting pretty low though, which was teh biggest concern. So far so good.

Cool, the truck looks really good. Steering clears everything ok? Did you use a trail gear spring hanger?

Update. SAS complete. Few things left to do.

get a 5.29 3rd for the rear to match front
Shocks are too long on the front (limiting up travel)
shocks too short in the back (limiting droop)
need bump stops for rear
larger tires for the 5.29 gearing

Very pleased with how it sits. My 33s don't look too out of place. Drives awesome down the highway. Was originally thinking 37s, but 35s might be enough. Need to raise the back about an inch. The 63s are a little low.

Who wants to trade some 12 inch shocks for some 10s?

Any opinions on if the front driveshaft CV needs to be modified for more travel? I'm thinking yes. I'll jack the front end up off the ground and see for sure before I bolt it up.

Well A buddy and I attempted to modify the front drive shaft cv today to gain more angle. Came up short... couldn't get universals that matched the factory ones.

Was following 4x4 wires write up http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/cvmod/

Thanks. Steering clears everything fine. Yes, all trail gear parts up front except for the SORD springs. Used Low range off road kits for the rear
