New radiator and muffler showed up this morning! Flowmaster is being welded up on Wednesday, I'm swapping my radiator out this weekend.

Started my Satoshi grille today. Past the point of no return, my stock grille is already cut out. Mesh is in, raptor letters are in, just waiting on some connectors for my LEDs and some body filler to smooth out the cuts.

If anyone has any info on where or how I can fix/replace my rear camper window, I would greatly appreciate it. I am not paying over $400 for a new window when I couldn't even sell the camper for that much....

The easy cheap route, would be to go with a sheet of acrylic.

have you called the local places in Sac.? There is a large location off of Auburn blvd near Garfield.

The issue I have is the lower part of the window frame is a total loss. Every Snugtop dealer I contact can only get me a complete rear assembly. I'm looking at used lots, (hoping that part is a bit universal), but no luck so far.

what about making that part. Your talking the extruded lower window frame, right?

Sheet metal and a welder, and or metal and fiberglass. If in a real pinch, thin sheets of plywood and fiberglass.

If it comes to that, I guess I will have to.

In other news, decided to troubleshoot my tranny tonight. Felt like it was starting to slip in some gears. Took the shifter out and my shifter seat was pretty much gone . Decided to make use of the problem and ordered a LC Engineering short shifter kit. Can't wait for it to come in! Headed to Toyota tomorrow to pick up some new gaskets, thermostat (for the radiator swap), and some other random bits.

Holt crap! Just finished installing the short shifter. I freaking love it, it drives like a brand new truck!

Before I had trouble going into first, a lot of trouble going into reverse, and noticeable slop in the gears. Now...very easy to get into first/reverse, and zero play in the gears. What a difference, I would have gladly paid three times as much to get these results.

I planned to go on a short test drive to see how it drove, it turned into a 100 mile journey down back roads just so I could go through the gears. Wow!!

I want to go back and clean up my cuts in the cab floor (just got a dremel, it'll make it a lot easier), but I was in a time crunch and had to leave it like it is till the weekend.

Installed a switch plate in place of the the single din storage. Oh and ripped out my old stereo. It finally bit the dust so I'm in the market for a new one.

Plan to wire lights only to this panel.
Bumper, roof, left/right sides, reverse, whip.

Should probably mention I swapped my lower radio bezel out for a new one. I will be relocating my cb once I get my bucket seats installed and decided to clean it up.

Thanks, it's coming together nicely. Once I get my back window fixed I will be building a sleeping platform and storage.

Where'd you get the bumper or did you build it?

It was made by Addicted Offroad. Great bumper and has held up perfectly!

Sadly going to be selling my truck very soon. Updated pictures and info will come. Moved into a new house and no longer have room for multiple vehicles.
