Sorry for the quality, sent from a friend over facebook.

Engine stayed completely dry, even the air filter stayed dry, I was surprised. I still have a craving for a snorkel though.

So when the 3.0L finally goes, the plan is to try to and find a 1KZ-TE half cut (not sure on donor vehicle yet) and swap it in.

Some more quick painted parts. Skid and emblems are now red. Pictures of them mounted will come tomorrow.

So much still to do, but never enough money ha ha. Needs suspension work, worn out shocks are messing with tire wear. I'd like to start making the long travel preps, but might be forced to simply buy new shocks for now.

I'm highly considering doing a Plastidip paintjob in the next few weeks for fun.

I have a solid idea on how to go about cutting out the back of the cab and sealing it to the bed. I will update once I draw up some plans.

Is that a Honda Shadow?? I'd LOVE to have an older Honda bike.. I've been looking for a nice 750 Nighthawk, but everyone wants 2500+ for them down here.

Also, you've got a little butt squatage. Any plans for fixing it?

That is a Shadow! I picked it up for $600 in perfect condition with under 16,000 miles (it sat for 10 years so the old gas gummed the carbs, but otherwise perfect). I was looking at CBs for the longest time (I'm a huge fan of Cafe Racers), but found this one for such a great deal that I had to get it (my first bike).

As far as the squat, my shocks are completely shot, front and rear. I want to start my long travel plans, but I don't have the extra funds right now so I might just buy some decent shocks to hold me over.

That is a steal for the Shadow.. Your truck is looking great, as well! The AOR bumper looks great, and the red skid plate completes the look! Haha, looking forward to more progress!

The bumper bolts on, but comes with a reinforcement kit that you weld onto the front crossmember. I'm waiting until I get a winch to weld it on.

Yeah, I ordered mine during a big sale so the cost of shipping wasn't a factor since I got a huge break on the bumper.

I've been considering going full custom in the future so this bumper might be for sale soon (okay maybe not soon ha ha)

Starting to Plastidip my wheels, opinions? I still need to paint the hub cover's center red.

On another note, heard a pop driving the other day. After I got home I noticed my truck sounded... good. I checked my muffler and it seems a rusty section decided to give way and blow out. Sounds pretty good at idle and pulling away, but goes away at higher revs, but now exhaust is collecting under the car. So the next project will be a catback exhaust. I am thinking Borla. For now I am going to try to route the hole downward so it at least the exhaust gets drawn away.

Mine did the same, popped once, made a small hole and got a little louder. A few days later the damn thing exploded going down the interstate, sounded like a 12 gauge goin off. After that it sounded horrible. People would stare when I pulled in places.
I ended up going to a muffler shop and having them run 2" pipe for around $220 for a flowmaster and the pipe. Also included installing a cat i had brought. Always that option too.

Well I hope mine can hold on for a few more weeks, I going to be extremely busy at work to spare any time to get it replaced until after Christmas.

On another note I'm giving a lot more thought to making a custom double cab instead of cutting the back of my cab out. Maybe swap the front end of a 4runner body onto it and seal the back instead.
Something like this http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/attac..._cab_1_900.jpg but I should be able to fit the whole door since I have a long bed.
