Thanks for the nice comments, guys. Updated again. Vac gauge,sliders, alarm are all here awaiting install. I am spoiled. I have an insulated garage to work in, but I am still gonna wait it out till we are at least pushing 50 degrees here. doesn't help I have a ton of water on my garage floor from all the snow melting off of my rig.

It's good. Runs smooth, good power. Not a race car, but definitely more horses in there. A very quiet, good pulling motor.
If I hadn't got the motor the way I did, I would still be buying one based off of the original owners experiences.
Just had to do fine tuning. Cold idle set, rechecked valve clearances, swapped out oil pan. Have had zero problems with anything sunwest has done.
