Hey guys, Sorry It's almost been a month since the last update. I have been busy helping my dad work on his Isuzu Amigo so that it will hopefully be drive-able by the end of this month. It has a 6.0L LQ9 out of an Escalade, TH400, NP205, and 60's front and rear. Here is a picture of it.... who doesn't like pictures?

I did manage to get some work done this weekend to my 14 bolt though. I cut the leaf spring perches off as well as the old shock mounts and gave it a good cleaning. I also got the disk brake brackets tacked in place. Those brackets are for a normal 14 bolt so they don't have right spacing to bolt on to a dually so i am just going to weld them on. I still need to surface the rotors as well.
Teh woman helping clean it a bit
I cut about an inch off the bottem lip for a little shave.

Last weekend was the spanaway Moonshiners 4x4 swapmeet in Puyallup Washington. We made the trip over there and once again it was totally awesome (except for the rain) and I got a lot of new goodies.
I got brand new 5.13 Nitro gears for my 14 bolt and front 60, an ARB for the 14 bolt, and a Lockright for the 60. The Warn 9000 pound winch was refurbished but looked brand new and I got it for $240. I also picked up a pair of NEW Swayaway 14" coilovers for $400. and I scored a slim SPAL electric fan for $5 .

After the swap-meet I ordered some 16x10 polished Raceline Renegade wheels. I also ordered my tires - 385/75/R16 Toyo M/T.... I'm really happy with the way they look together.

There also has been a slight change of plans. I'm still going to run a ford 205, but now a 203 doubler is in the works.
I took the chevy 203 apart and cleaned up the range box.
Then drilled and tapped holes for the round 6 pattern of the np208 adapter so I can put it behind the 700r4 and I clocked it flat.
Also drilled and tapped a new fill plug on the side.
Now I just have to respline the shaft and work on building the doubler adapter.

Any reason for useing the 208 over the 205, besides the ratio? I am useing a 205 for my build and have a 203.I am very interested in seeing your adapter.

Im still using a 205. Im not using a 208. The 208 adapter was just used to put the 203 range box behind the 700r4 because the 203 never came behind a 700r4 from the factory. A 208 is a totally different aluminum chain drive transfercase that I am not using.

I got some headers on ebay that were actually really reasonably priced. They are all stainless and hug the block really nicely. They are "LS1 engine swap" headers and were about $200.

I also got rear flares on. The ones for the front are in the mail. I cut about 1 1/2 inches back on each of the rear fenders and then welded the seam and sealed them back up.
