Good to hear about the axle! And it's obvious that body armor is not only meant for the trail! Haha

After looking over truck intently since the accident, I did notice my brake MC is leaking a little in the cab. Couple drips of fluid are seeping out of the piston.

Looks like it's time to upgrade to the 1" MC. New challenge accepted 😜

Nice work on the speaker cabinets, they turned out awesome! Glad your 4runner wasn't seriously damaged in the accident!

Well I had a derp moment...brake is in the middle John, clutch is on the left. Right. Got that now

It's my clutch MC that is going out i think. Fluid is black and leaking into the cab. For what it costs to replace, I'm just gonna but a new one and a slave cylinder too. Maybe I just get the 1" brake MC as well haha. I will need it when converting to disc in the rear.

You will love the brake upgrades, it's literally a night an day difference. I have the Sky Manufacturing rear disk swap, nothing but nice things to say about it! I added a manual proportioning valve from FROR and deleted the LSPV and the brake line that runs from the front brakes to the LSPV.

Nice! Yeah I keep hearing great reviews about the MC upgrade and disc conversion. I will look up the Sky kit. LC up north has a kit. Pretty spendy though, about $400 or so. I will also need to decide what to do about the ebrake. Its either line lock or the t-case caliper. I like the latter because I can use my stock ebrake handle. Keeps it all oem inside.

Yessir! I did notice one area where they could've added more. I spoke to the owner at the place and they said bring it back in, we can stuff some more padding in the driver seat

I have a few changes lined up for the next week or so:
Clutch mc and slave replacement
Brake mc upgrade
EGR delete
Short shifter
Trans and t-case fluid change

I should have the lights all wired by the end of the weekend so I will get some photos of their output.

Thanks man! You have a nice build going yourself! Horsepower is on my list but later down the road. My engine now is ok but I could definitely do with more power. I've debated a large engine swap but I really want to keep the 22. Not too many people build them up. I quite sure I will do a 2.7 stroker with a mean cam. I should be able to get 200 hp.

I like that interior light! I've been thinking about what I can do to up the light output inside. My idea before seeing yours was to use a single rigid a-series low intensity light. They come with curved mounts for bars. I will definitely wire it up to the deck light switch. Keeps it more OE looking.

The only thing that I don't like about that light is that it hangs down. Here is another sleek mount that a guy on ih8mud did. Scroll to post #2. I have all the parts, I just need to do it!
