Not sure on the one in the kick panel. But the green harness under the hood looks like the plug for the aav (auxiliary air valve) that's under the throttle body.

Thanks! i'll see if i can find it's home haha The one in the kick panel doesn't look like it was ever in a plug. But i don't have a door dinger or buzzer when its open... might be that, not that i really care for the noisy things

If it's the AAV, it's a blue plug - can't tell in the photo if it's blue or green? The AAV has like 4 different hoses coming out of it, and bolts on with 2 bolts, directly under the throttle body.

The blue kick panel one looks so dang familiar to me - do you have cruise control? I'm pretty sure it hooks up under the steering column, to either CC, the dash dimmer, or something like that. What's not working on your dash?

Thanks for the help! I'm headin out there soon to get a little work done. I do not have cruise control, so it could be the plug for that? I'm assuming toyota just used one universal harness.

Sorry for the wait guys. Been busy here and there and have been doing alot of work on my truck and my friends rigs. I do have pictures but i got a new phone (which i use for the pictures) and i cannot figure out how to put them into my pc. When i figure out i'll write up another post!
