werd, my heims were ordered like 2 almost 3 weeks ago, I called last friday, they are still ˟˟˟˟˟ backordered

I guess when they are custom made they take a little more time to get a whole pallet made

im gonna call again and bitch, we will see if I can get something free

Got 22ft of 1.5", .250 wall DOM today, $213.95, ouch....

Beefy though, hope I dont bend these suckers

now I just need to figure out what takes more abuse, upper control arms, or trac bars, I bought extra (about 10ft extra) so I could either make my trac bars outta this, or my upper control arms

progress has been slow lately, running low on money, need to rebuild my knuckles and get some manual hubs for them. I did pick up a 3rd member with 5.29's for $20, only thing is the diff is welded, will work for now though.

My heims shipped thursday, so they should be here monday or tuesday, then its time to start cutting

im going to need to raise my frame in the front up about 7" so that the front and rear matches, rear frame is 27" off the ground, front frame sits 20" off the ground.

So I made some plates

to do something similar to this

Finally Got my Heims

made some ghetto misalignment spacers

now if my boss would get his sandrail put back together I could get my 4runner in and start cutting the suspension

still havent even put the axle under the truck yet

everytime I start to make progress I figure out a better way to do ˟˟˟˟, then I get busy at work (I am just working on this during my down time, since I am only paid when I am towing, but I have to be at the shop from 7am to 6pm)

made a little progress in the past few days

took a few trys to get the pipe bending right... still not happy with that kink you can see (you can actually see a slight crack in the metal, so im going to grind that part down and weld it... and add more steel :wabbit2: )

36's in the wheel well, its actually going to sit 4-5" higher than that, just trying to figure out if I want to move the axle forward a few inches (will have to hack the bumper a little, but no big deal)

I just finished my SAS and it looks alot better pulled forward and gives you alot more clearance away from the pinch welds. So I say pull it forward and look cool!!!

finally got these bitches welded on to the frame

I compressed the springs, looks like I will be between 8-10" of lift depending on how much the springs settle, finally going to put the axle under the truck tomorrow

Finally got the axle under it, and put the weight of the vehicle on the spring, looks like its gonna be right about 8" of lift

crappy cell phone pics, I forgot to bring my good camera to work today

Welds are getting better, the bottom one my tip got messed up so I kinda screwed that one up.

hard to get the springs to compress straight up, they kept wanting to roll the axle from one side to another

the ride height she will be sitting at on 36's
