Getting rid of body lift
So im getting rid of this god awfull body lift and plan on putting in a real lift. What I want is to see how you guys have lifted your rear suspension and all the possible combos like blocks stacked leafs or shackles. I already have a add a leaf so any suggestions are welcome.

I plan on doing bj spacers in the front but the rear is already really stiff and rather uncomfortable what I'm worried about is if I just add more leaves will it make it worse. Currently it has a 3 in body lift

I don't plan on putting Chevy parts on my truck anytime soon. And plans... It's a DD/ wheeler toy but I want to keep the height and have some good flex, and well money is a bit on the tight side

4" isn't possible with BJ SPacers, if it is, you'd have to CRANK your torsion bars, which would definately not give you anything resembling a smoother ride.
if you want 4" you've got to be looking at more of a suspension system.

So here's what I got so far in the front I putting custom 3 In bj spacers in the front and a temporary 3.5 in blocks in the rear with a 5 degree angle and a quick side note those damn ubolts cost as much as the blocks. Input is welcome

You've already gotten people's input. Blocks aren't good, general waste of money, and can be harmful to other parts. 3" ball joint spacers aren't really out there, and if you really do find some or make some, they're going to be useless. I had to limit my down travel with just the std 1.5" spacer, the cv bound up on one side.
I'll agree I don't prefer body lifts, I cut a hole in my hood so my engine swap would fit without having to get a body lift, but you just can't get that much lift out of the front suspension without getting a full on bracket lift or replacing the front suspension with a solid axle swap. These things people have suggested are pretty tried and true, I think you should listen. As far as the body bolts, I don't know off the top of my head, but I'll bet you could find the specs if you looked up 4crawler's body lifts. He's got lots of instructions and specs on his site.

well as far as the bj spacers go i have a set of 2 inchers and a set of one inchers (excuse the terminology) and i will run those then maybe see about welding the other inch on if it seems like it will work. and also my add a leaf that is on the truck right now is under the overload spring, wouldnt be much more effective if it was set underneith the regular springs.

Ok, let me rephrase what I said about the ball joint spacers:
3" of spacer won't work. 2" of spacer also probably won't work as I, and others, have run into some problems with the 1.5" spacers without other mods, such as a diff drop. If you use 1.5" spacers and achieve 3" of lift, it is also no longer going to ride smooth.
I am in no way trying to be a jerk or anything, but you're not listening. Ultimately, it's your rig and you'll do what you will with it, but nobody is trying to steer you away from a good idea here. Check out some threads such as the IFS lift guides.
