Yeah I understand that. I'm a little dude. 130# 5'7 tall. I hardly pull my 5spd alone. I could only imagine the weight of pulling another auto alone. I always manage to get my tranny on-top of me then I use my knees and arms to get it In place. Holding it up while trying to wiggle a floor jack under is a PITA but I do manage lol. I don't have a garage or much help around here. My little ones just ain't old nor big enough to help yet lol.
I'd only Imagine that removing transfercase would help alot but I've never done that lol.

I live with my dad, but he works full time, and he's a PITA to work with... I'm 110 at 5'4" going to school to work on cars. I could do it, but I'd rather play it safe. I have 2 large dogs runnin around the whole time. and the 4" lift makes it a little hard to just lift it up laying down. its just a hair to tall. no garage either, just a large cement slab in the "side" yard. once I pull it, if it has to sit for a while my dad said I could used the kitchen table as a work bench (men...) lol

Track down a FSM for your year or one close....you'll not regret it!
Be super careful under there. That tranny is heavy! A tranny jack always helps if you have or can borrow one.

stripped the carpet out and removed the seat covers, found all the factory floor drain plugs pulled them and am airing all the water out of my cab. luckily doesn't smell yet, fried my amp tho
. anyone wanna buy seat covers? bucket seat fitted, like-new condition, chocolate brown.

I've done that....was driving through a crystal clear river that all of the sudden got deeper.....my butt was wet and there went my amp lol Still have the same carpet that has been underwater twice...still manage to keep it mold free and somewhat nice.

flushed, power washed, and interior all back together thoroughly vacuumed. running solid so far. procedure for flushing tranny...
1. disconnect feed line to oil cooler (driver side, bottom of radiator) [direct into a bucket to collect old fluid]
2. run engine
3. keep adding new fluid until it runs clean (don't let it run dry)
4. kill engine when fluid is clean, reconnect hose, fill accordingly
5. drive around and keep checking and adding as needed
