My wife loves it. Room for 8. Easy to drive and very comfortable. It could use a little better gas mileage and some more power but overall she loves it. And it is a beast in the snow. We bought ours cheap so it needs some rust repair and paint. My wife is already talking about giving this one to our daughter to drive in a few years and getting a newer one.

80s are SFA right. Sounds like a good truck for you guys. Definitely an upgrade over the civic you had.

Yes the 80 is the last of the solid front axle cruisers. The 100 is IFS. The 80 is a beast and I love the center diff lock.

It is supposed to be nice out today. It will be a heat wave of 55 degrees!!! I think my club is throwing together a little last minute wheeling trip. I am definitely going to go!! Gotta do some wheeling and a guy in the club is leaving for Texas in about 2 weeks so I want to see him as much as I can.

I also have some exciting news in the parts department soon. It is going to be awesome!!!! I don't want to say it out loud, don't wanna jinx it!! but it will be bad ass!!!

These are some of the pictures I could find. The black cruiser belongs to a guy in my club

Which one? The black one is pretty bad ass. It has a factory e locker in the front and rear as well as the t case. It makes everything look way to easy.....

Did some wheeling today. We had a good time playing around and rescuing each other. We tried some different lines and the mud/snow mix made for some difficulty. The guy in the white 99 runner will be leaving soon and moving to Texas. It will be sad when he goes. Anywho on to some pictures:

Good idea but that particular box is unattractive.

You should have one, so handy.

Don't take it out until you can either replace or trim the sides so it fits your small truck better. It's like my roof top tent roof rack. It's perfectly functional but it sticking out so much looks a little odd up there.

well that particular box was free to me so I cut 4 inches out of the middle and welded it back together. As my grandfather would say..... Use it up, wear it out fix it up or do with out....

Damn I sound old now

Look back a few pages. I detailed how I did it. I used a grinder and lots of cut off wheels.

It's a little too wide but it was free, and free is always a beautiful thing

Plus, as julsruls said "form over function"
