thanks for the kind words guys, means a lot to me. i'm glad i made it out okay too. i'll post up a picture later that someone took right after... my head was pushed out the window, definitely could have been worse if it had stayed in.

and on another note... everyone cage your truck PLEASE.

it was on its lid for a good 15 minutes or so... there was oil coming out of the intake. haven't tried to start it yet. it's sitting at a buddy's shop right now, i think he's going to pull the plugs and try to get it running while it's there. i'll be sure to report back when i hear something.

Ouch....

Mikey, how tall are you? It makes me wonder how someone like myself (6'2" ish)
would handle that.

Wow Mikey, you are one lucky SOB. I'm really happy to see you are okay after potentially being crushed. Safety is number one - get a cage!

Man, my white 93 looks very similar to yours less the duals, front bumper and tail gate sticker. Really hurts to look at those pictures. On the bright side you don't have a wife to give you s**t about it.

Glad you made out safely, hope to see the nice build continue.

I think that picture of you with your head out the window is going to be famous. I have seen it a few places on the net now.

I don't know what your cash situation is, but my advise is to get a cheap DD, park the 'runner at your parents, and wait until you're out of college to work on your rig. You will be in better shape financially and maybe you can afford to do something entirely different at that point (linked 3rd gen?).
