From: Solano Co, CA Originally a North Idaho Hick
Mike I moved my axle forward an inch and I still rub in the back of the rear fenders at full stuff and thats with a 2" BL. I cut the seam all the way out too.

well if cutting was necessary before... it's even more necessary now.
redid the front leaf pack this weekend. ended up bringing the front down 2" or so, which was my goal. spring rate feels pretty good so far too, maybe a little softer than before. shackle angle is pretty lazy now, so the front hanger might need to be cut off and moved forward... leaving it for now though. leaf pack goes as follows:
TG 5" HD 1st
TG 5" HD 2nd
Toyota rear 1st, cut down
Toyota rear 2nd, cut down
TG 5" HD 5th
TG 5" HD 6th
before:

after:

also added some D-rings to the front bumper a few weeks back...

next weekend that rear gets some attention...

i'll try and get those measurements for you ASAP. as for frame height, i'm at 25.5" now. pulled a leaf out of the rear pack today and pulled the axle forward on the perches. wheelbase is now right around 107"... next is to add more bleed to the Foxes and weld on the new lower shock mounts. then next weekend i'll be taking it to the Con.
i'll try and get pics up of the new stance tomorrow.

the new stance...

(sorry for the dark pics)
need to take care of bumpstops at some point, but for now they'll do. just need to do some preventative maintenance and install my new rock lights and this thing is ready for the Con...

the new lower rear shock mounts:

(don't mind the paint, my friend's doing)
wheeled part of the con this past weekend. froze our asses off the whole time, had a couple trucks break in the group, was stuck there an extra day... had fun though.
a few pics i took:

hopefully more show up... if they do i'll get those posted up.

Dude I wish I could wheel out by you. The trails look amazing compared to here in Washington. Ill have to make it out there soon someday.
Time to cut those fenders
I bet those 37's rub hella. I cut off 1" off the rear then tacked the body back together and bent the fender lip in to the same 90Degree angle as before with a sledge to hold its shape better. I flexed out with no rub front nor back this last weekend perfectly.
Looks great

thanks man. you should definitely try to make it out here one of these days... hopefully before all the trails are closed. if you do, hit me up and we'll plan a trip.
the 37s only rub up front, so either some firewall work is in order or the front hanger is getting moved forward a bit... or both.
2wd oil pan is on the to-do list as well... the rear tucks pretty good as is, but it'll tuck even more once i redo the bumpstops, hopefully this weekend.
