I guess I made a mistake and posted this in the upper 86-95 section................Guys I have/had a 1984 Toyota 4x4 factory diesel. It was rusted away to nothing. But it had 117,000 original miles and runs like a swiss time piece. I bought a 1987 excellent shape cab and chassy 4x4. I pulled the cab and took the 22rre out and installed the entire drive train from the diesel yot into it. I put the cab back on and gutted the inside to install the complete factory diesel harness and gauges. I've completed the engine and tranny install. Everything is hooked up, power steering, fuel lines, etc etc....I'm waiting on the new fuel tank, timing belt kit, so I'm now buttoning up small stuff inside. I labeled a lot of the original harness but some of the stickies fell off. this is where I need help.......... at the steering column. I have 3 plugs, 2 wide ones and a small one with 2 green wires. Can anyone tell me the colors of the plug going into this one as I have 2 off the main harness that will plug into it and the stickys are gone off both. Now the column side is a black plastic plug...... out of the main harness I have a black plastic and a white plastic plug. but neither have matching colored wires exactly as the column plug. I have pictures and will post up. Thanks in advance......Im hoping to build a fire in her engine this weekend not burn it down......... first picture is the ignition harness, the other 2 pictures are main harness connectors. anyone tell me which one plugs to ignition and where the other one goes.
