What are you going to do about the 85? If you need some info about body removing or swaps, in my thread on post #88 I have some steps listed that should help. Dutchbelly has some good pics.

Did I hear my name? lol I always just run a search on my own name to quickly bring up all the threads I'm subscribed to and this one popped up and made me curious. I'm kinda guilty of the same thing Terry speaks of: I get my 86-95 blinders on and forget there are other Yota's out there. Really nice build so far. There should be a link to the body lift pics Terry mentioned in my signature. It's really early on my build. Cheers!

If you are getting a used tank, more thatn likely it is loaded with rust. I got several links in my thread about cleaning one up and gettting a new fuel pump for around $35 shipped off of ebay.
I am actually going to be working on getting a tank cleaned up that I pulled off a parts truck tonite. Any questions feel free to ask. Been done this before and doing it again.

He didn't say. He did however do his best to match it to Mustang grabber blue. (according to page 1) Good to see your build moving again DSM.
Really like the avatar Z.

Wishing you the best. I will be watching yours and 8T8s, wishing you guys the best on your start ups. The blue looks great. I like the stance on your truck, about how it is sitting.

She is sitting on the stock springs right now... I got the wrong tank from my buddy, it turns out I have a 17 gallon tank, not the 14 gallon.. So I'm not sure what the heck I'm gonna do! Good news is she cranked over nicely!

Awesome news and some more problems! Me and my brother got the 85 started this Sunday! Butttttttttt there is a check engine light and no tach signal! I'm hoping these two things are related and once I fix the tach problem the light will go off! I will pull the code next time I'm at my parents working on her!

Well Tuesday me and my brother pulled the code from the runner and got a code 2. Guess that supra MAF I got is no good??? Also replaced the coil and ignitor and got my tach working! So looks like this weekend I'll be putting in my cleaned up tank and finishing up some de-trimming!
