Great looking bumper! Are you going to add the stinger like your buddies or leave it as is?

Scotty C does a great job with those bumpers. The price is right and l appreciate his attention to detail.
I love the style the way it is. I like the older 1st gen look and I decided not to cover the grill with a stinger. I don't plan on wheeling this truck has hard as I do the other one. Those are both my trucks.

I am jealous for sure now. LOL. Thats kinda what I am hoping to accomplish at some point. The one I am building now is just for wheeling and playing around in. I would like to pick up another 1st gen or a trekker to redo and make my dd. Well see if i can get the wife to sign off on that though.

This thread is great, I love the fact that you jump right in and do it all yourself, run into a prob like we all do and take care of it yourself. Nothing feels better than doing all the work on your own and seeing a great finished product.

Thanks for posting all the pics of the body work, what did you use to paint the truck? what kind of spray gun? Also did you paint the truck outside?

Thanks

Thanks for the nice words! I agree, doing it doing things on your own is satisfying. I wouldn't be able to afford it anyway.
I used a Sata gun with a 12cfm @ 90psi compressor and a big ass watertrap to eliminate orange peel. I painted the truck in my friends driveway early in the morning. For my purposes it worked well.
thanks again!

I finally took some pics of the interior. I had to fab those wooden door deals. I tried to match the panels on the instrument area. I also put a stereo in and in order to keep the original look I decided to build a mount and put the stereo in the glovebox. It works better than I thought.

I got it for my b-day. Not sure how much it is/was. It is the "no stinger bumper" on Addicted Offroad's website.
