New 4Runner in the family!

Just picked this up for my wife!

2014 SR5 Premium. Didn't like the look of the Limiteds and the Trails are on a huge wait...

That being said, the first two mods will be the front lower bumper and hood from a trail when I can find them

Nice ride, but you won't be able to install the lower bumper pices with out a great pain in the ass

Thanks!

Have you done it? We haven't done anything yet but put on miles and oil changes. It's a good truck for sure. We also might be over the Trail look-alike mods, especially if they'll be a pain in the butt.

There are mounting slots for the bumper over lay that are only on the Trail and Pro, you would need to have them cut into you bumper.
I have a 2015 Trail.

Sorry, but don't listen to him. It's an easy mod once you get the bumper off. You just need to dremel out the holes which is easy and Toyota was nice enough to mark the holes on the backside of the bumper. I have done this myself on my '14 SR5P so I know first hand. There's a huge thread with tons of pics over on www.toyota-4runner.org

Thanks! She's got 31k on it now and loves it. We decided to wait until next year to do any mods, but I'll put those back on the table.
