Another New Trail in the Yota Forum

Well, I picked mine up yesterday.

Mods will probably go a little slower than others, but I am going to slowly start stock piling the needed items. 1 tire at a time, and then the front suspension and then the rear. So maybe a in a few months I will at least have new shoes on longer legs.

Engel Fridge already moved over from the Rover.

Thanks for the aid!! Pics posted!!

Here is the list ASAP:

BFG Mud MK2's
OME 884's Front and ToyTec 2" in the rear (Swiped the setup from Hawkdog21, thanks Hawkdog)
Decision on Sliders is up in the air at this point
Waiting for SchrockWorks to get the Gen 5 bumper built
Havent decided on a rear bump or not
Adventure Tents or Slee Off Road Storage in rear

That's all the damage I can afford, hopefully a year from now it will be complete.

Anyone aware of the ability for the roof to support a tent a 200# fish in the tent? I have a Maggiolina like Corey's, and was wondering about the factory roof rack and modifications necessary for smooth install, mounting, etc.

THANKS

Very nice...congratz...love that color!

Btw..the rack is designed for 125# max, evenly distibuted. You'll have to switch it out.

OK, Latest upgrades:

Schrockworks Sliders being built
Gobi Rack (Stealth) being built
FIAM Horns Installed
Constant hot dc outlet in rear wired up
Stubby Antenna Installed

Here are a few pics of the hot lead install:

Firewall Penetration

Running Wire down the frt pass door jamb

To the Battery

Still need to put some loom around it, connect to the receptacle in the rear, but it has been raining and we have had a bunch of tornadoes. Hopefully this weekend.

Once the sliders and rack arrive, I will go through that install as well.

C 'ya
