Parting Out Arizona No Rust 95 Runner

I bought a 95 3VZE Runner for body parts to repair my car.

Rust free, no hit AZ. car. Motor overheats, probably bad HG, but no water/oil mix yet.
Ran OK when I loaded it onto the rollback.
Interior is grey, and good, except for worn driver seat, I can't ship the seats, so for local pickup only.$150.00 for the front and rear seats.
dashpad has the three splits in the usual places.
Windshield is going into my car, as is most of the front clip stuff
Tailgate is rust free, good glass, and works OK. $150.00
Doors are $125.00 apiece, all 4 for $400.00
Let me know what you need.
I am in Zip 94553 San Francisco Bay Area

Steering Column Plastic

I hae two of the three pieces of driver side plastic, the upper piece of the steering column plastic was broken and the piece was missing when I bought the car.
The other two pieces are clean and in good shape with no visible cracks.
Do you want them?

No thanks man, the broken piece is the main one I’m looking for :-). I appreciate the effort though.
you don’t happen to have all the plastic inner fender liners/splash guards do you?
also, is your 4Runner abs equipped? If not, I could use the power steering lines.
thanks

95 Runner part out

I have the inner liner, and splash piece from the passenger side only, and all of the power steering lines, plus the pump.
What do you need?

Edit: No ABS option.

95 Runner part out

Ok, to be clear, you want the power steering lines that go all the way from the steering box, and end at the pump.
That includes the hard and soft lines, and the various bracketry that hold them steady across under the radiator.
One goes into the ADD gizmo, and the other goes into the side of the pump resovoir.
Look at the pics., and confirm that this is what we are talking about.
Do you want the vacuum hose adapter from the pump also?
Pricing will be $25.00 for the liner, and splash rubber, and $75.00 for the complete power steering hose lashup.
Packing and shipping cost to your zip will have to be determined once it is all boxed up.

Art.

Thank you for the pics Art, that helps a lot. I'm going to have to pass on the power steering lines but i still want the liner/splash guards. That appears to be an ABS actuator on the pass side frame inline of the ps pump and gear box.

What you are referring to is part of the ADD system for engaging and disengaging the front diff on a 4WD vehicle.
It is done using hydraulic power from the P/S pump.
If the vehicle had ABS installed from the factory, the ABS motor and controller would be mounted up on, or near the firewall close to
the brake master cylinder.
Also there are no speed sensor rings or elec, connectors out at the brake discs.

The inner liner and splash guard were sold with the pass. side fender today.

Good morning Art,
The abs system on these years is quite a hokey design. The speed sensors (actually only 1 sensor) is located on top of the third member and reads the speed off the teeth of the ring gear. That part is at least ingenious of Toyota by keeping it as simple as possible. Add to that that the abs is only on the rear wheels (dont get me started on using abs with drum brakes). Here are a couple of pics from the fsm showing no actuator as part of the ADD system and a pic of the ABS actuator. For some reason, the FSM doesnt do a good job of showing the exact location of this ABS actuator but if you look on the top rear of it, you will see two brake lines coming out of it.
The only reason im looking for the full power steering lines without abs is so i can delete the entire abs system.
No worries on the inner liner and splash guard, congrats on the sale.
Thanks
Jim

Interior is cloth, in good shape except for driver seat which has the usual butt wear spot.

Ahh ok. I need grey leather rear seat bottoms. Mine melted in a garage during one of the CA wild fires last summer.

Anything still for sale? I’m looking for a power driver side mirror. That’s in working order and no broken clips causing mirror to vibrate.

Mirror

Hi.

The mirror is still on the car.
It is power, in working order, chrome backed, and has clean, good glass.
The price is $50.00, and you pay shipping, or $65.00 and I pay shipping.
The three pictures are of the mirror I will send.

Looks good. I assume it doesn’t vibrate at highway speed? Follow up request. AC tensioner belt pulley?

Mirror

I have never driven this vehicle at freeway speeds.
When I purchased it as a donor, I transported it on a rollback, so I drove it up onto the truck, and that was it.
The mirror is not damaged in any way externelly. I cannot think of another reason why it would vibrate at road speed.
I have the pulley, the spacer, the tin pulley cover, and the odd looking pulley mount bolt, but not the long adjuster bolt. The A/C was beltless when I was disassembling the engine, and the long bolt was missing.
The pulley spins freely.

If you still Have the truck and parts available, I need the ABS pump, Brake Booster (if your rig was 4wd), Distributor, and the ignition starter. And if those nerf bars are still hanging there, I’ll take those too. Let me know and I’ll shoot ya my number.

My pickup needs the starter. I’ve lost muscle/power in the Runner (it can barely get out of its own way; thinking its Distributor. Code 12 pulls) and if the brake booster isn’t the first sure issue, the ABS pump it surely has to be. would be extremely appreciative.

Let me know what ya got and I will shoot ya my contact info. Thanks!
