is just the cat cut off leaving the flange going to the crossover and o2 bung? or even just the flange really?

if so ill take the downpipe with the cut off cat

Yeah I still have it. Its in good shape. Iv don't think it has any tears or anything but ill double check it for ya. Its the brown or tan color
