New bike!
Just wanted to show off my new bike.
Bought a 2010 Specialized Langster steel frame earlier this year, finally took all my parts off my aluminum Langster and built it up.
OLD:
NEW:
She rides real nice and smooth, and is the first non boring and silver bike I've owned in a good 6 or 7 years.
A pic of my friends rastafari Surly Steamroller just for kicks:
STEEL is REAL!

Awesome machine, flash, congrats! So where do you ride? And what's with the toe clips and funny looking bars?
We have a semi-famous velodrome across town that rents track bikes. But the track is said to have the steepest banking in the US (43°) so you must go at least 15 mph to stay upright in the turns.

Here's my X-Cal with about 750 outrageously fun-filled miles on it, about half of that in dirt, mud and a fair bit of technical single track. Funny, I don't like driving the FJ in mud but don't mind blasting through it on the bike. I get wierd looks from other cyclists riding home from the trailhead on pavement being basically mud from chest to toes, heh.

sweet. Mine actually got stolen from out in front of campus about a week ago, hopefully it turns up eventually. In the mean time my main ride's a 20" schwinn aerostar kids bike.

it's a fixed gear. it has no freewheeling mechanism so if youre moving youre always pedaling and to stop you just gotta stop pedaling. Also, if you're super skilled you can ride backwards. You'll see hipsters all over the country riding bikes like these.

Sorry about the theft loss, it looks like you had a lot into making it a special ride.
Yeah, since seeing your photo I've been looking and see similar bikes. Usually they're in the urban area being ridden in the middle of the night with no lights and helmetless dudes going somewhere in a hurry.
