WTB: Factory 4.30's

I am looking for a set of OEM 4.30 gears front 7.5" and rear 8".

These were found in Limiteds with Autos and an E-locker; probably some SR5's as well.

If you have upgraded to 4.56's or 4.88's and have your factory 4.30's please let me know.

If you want the 4.88 v6 third, I may be able to work something out with Jim. I had to go get another 4.56 third today to re-gear. I can help out if needed, let me know.

You want the thirds or just the R&P? I have the factory R&P out of my 2nd Gen. I'm about 95% sure they were 4.30's. You pay for shipping and you can have them.

If you count the teeth on the ring and pinion there should be 43 on the ring gear and 10 on the pinion.

On a 2nd gen I could only use the rear, but yeah...it's a deal if they are correct.

I would bet they were 4.10's though, since you have a 5 speed.

I have bought a few sets...I paid $50 for the first set and $75 for the 2nd set.

I broke some teeth on the first set and I am running the second set. They are getting harder to find so I want a spare.

So which do you have front (7.5" Reverse Rotation), rear (8" V6), or both?

Mine is a set out of a 5 speed. 1994 4-Runner V-6 ----4.30 gear ratio! However, I am sorry to tell you that I won't take these out for $75.00! It will cost me a minimum of a couple hundred dollars per end to regear! So I would not even be close to sellin! I'm sorry man, I wish you luck in your search! If you would just like the front i would take $100.00 for it! That will put me that much closer to matching the rear.

The front 3rd gens are reverse rotation due to the high pinion style diff, your fronts won't work.

If you ever take the rears apart let me know, I can always use another spare set.

No problem -- I may do that sometime because i'm not dead set on 4.30 gears! I would kinda like to go lower. I would also like to apologize for the mix-up! 4.30's are so uncommon in later model Toys that i assumed they were for earlier model (even after you said reverse rotation). I was confused %^&%%> Sorry man, and good luck to ya!
