hit a brick wall
not litterally....but due to this ...

there is a sas in progress, in fact almost done

but i hit a snag...i have been searching and searching for the "proper" way to measure the rear drive angle(pretty much what angle exattly to put the spring perches)
i have had friends tell me to put weight on the leafs and point the diff at the t-case...however i suspect its more involved then that??

anyone?
since the pics everything else has been done to it including having to move it into the garage without axles under it because of complaints...bastards
and its going to have to roll out of the garage on just rims to fit out...hopefully

to roll it out id use junk rims... you can really mess up rims doin that. good luck with the project

You do want to point the pinion at the transfer case but do not exceed 8 degrees. Get an agnle finder and place it on the flat spot above the pinion.
Looks good so far. What happened to the front tire??

would those BJ spacers fit on a 88 4runner? If so how much shipped to 70508. I also have some 3.0 engine parts if you want to swap.

Wow, so you can tack weld a car together and it will be able to hold... interesting.
Hope you can get that thing out of the garage!
