**SOLD**I am listing this for my brother who apparently locked the motor on my old 4-runner. I traded for his heep in december and did all maintinence prior to the trade. He apparently didn't change the oil 1 FREAKIN TIME!!! so the motor is locked i am assuming. With swing shift and buying a new house i have no time to fool with it so he said he would like at least 800 bucks for it. I think its an ok deal. the body is good as well as axle, trans, t-case. may be able to break the motor free but i would assume it needs a rebuild. could be a cheap good lookin rig for somebody who wants to get their hands dirty.

 

If I had the time I would be towing that truck back to Canada ASAP.

 

I think even with a locked motor it's worth more than that, looks freaking perfect.

 

Just asked the wife if we've got the funds available. Heckuva deal IMO.

 

5 speed or auto

 

yeah its pretty nice but its not perfect. i should have specified its the 3.0 v6 with 5-speed tranny. but it does leak a little around the top i guess the PO took it off. but it looks pretty good and is a head turner. but under strict orders from my dad i need to get it sold to get it out of his yard since the brother is lazy and takes no initiative.... but i think 800 is a fair deal due to the condition of everything except the motor.

 

would be worth a rescue to put a 22re in it.

 

i thought about that as well.... if only i had the time or funds to do it...

I see a moon-roof up there, does it have the full package, elec windows and locks mirrors and inclinometer?
Body rust-free?

I dont need another 4Runner (have three) but, i could be tempted... I have a 22re I could install.... makes a good little 20mpg DD.

 

It would be a load of work to drop a 22re in there.
