What do you think about Procomp X-terrain?

Does anyone have experience with these tires.
I'd be putting a set of 33 x 12.50's on my 88" 22RE 5sp.
with 4.88's front and rear.
I'm just curious as to how many miles you've gotten from them and mainly their preformance and durability.
thanks.

I had them.
Weak side walls and they chunked the outter lugs badly.

I dont daily drive mine, but I really like them so far. Handle well in the sand and on rocks. My BFG's chunked on the lugs more.

I don't particularly like the looks. Also you can't rotate the tires to opposite sides with directional tread patterns. I wouldn't like that myself.

I had the 35" X-terrains. They wear on and offroad better than MTRs and BFG muds. On-road they have good handling characteristics and in dry conditions off road they are a good, solid off road radial tire. The sidewalls are plenty strong enough for moderate off road use.

I would definitely recommend them for a DD/moderate trail truck given that you can get them for a reasonable price. IMO, some of the Pro Comp tires are way overpriced, especially the larger 35" + sizes.

Just rotate them front to back, that's all I did with no issues.

I'd buy them if buying used but if buying brand new, I'd spend the money else where.
