swamper ltb tires--need inputs

specifically on the 34x10.50 and the 33x13.50. dont care bout the mud/rocks..they are swampers, of course they are gonna do pretty well. looking at road wear, driveability and safety. i have read and read about them--the reviews are 50/50 it seems. i am worried about them getting flat spots sitting in the driveway if left for a few days. i only drive 1 mile roundtrip to work--if i drive the truck at all to work. i use it in the woods and little.
i dont drive very long distances, i would say 50 mile round trip max. will these tires be ok, or should i look at the tsl radial? the ltb are cheaper and the 33x12.50 radial looks about $30 higher.
i like the different size of the ltb, but its not worth sacrificing for.

I ran ltb's for 2 years and that was stretching it for a daily driver. Flat spots yes. loud oh yeah. ltb's for a daily driver sucked. Off road they would go through and gripped over any thing i threw at them. Nice soft compound ripped and gripped where it counted. Would i buy another set? you bet! but never again as a daily driver. Only for an extra set for trails and mud. My buddy here in st. louis runs the trxus mud terrains and i've driven his jeep on annd off road many times. The trxus m/t's are perfect DD trail rig tire from interco in my humble opinion since they're quieter run well on and off road and have a stiffer compound than many of the interco's other tires. They are definatly going to be my next set of new tires. I was convinced the first time we went out. They are just gnarley enough to do the job and still look mean as hell.

I ran 33 x 10.5 Interco tsl on my yota for several years, did great offroad but as a daily driver, no. I actually flung a lug off, granted I was doing 65 mph.... I also ran the TRXUS on my Ford 350 36 x 16.5 , great tire, did good offroad and on the highway did great, i drove from California to Nova Scotia, nice ride. The soft compound of the TRXUS will wear down quick but if you are a short daily driver shouldn't be a problem. It wasn't like I was trailing with my dual cab, long bed F-350, I was a jacked up boat on the road. Good luck... my vote is the TRXUS. Or my all time favorites the Goodyears MTR..

i have the 33x13.50 ltbs. i have around 3000 miles on em and finnaly starting to see the wear. they do ride a little bit rough but i dont mind it. they are a very loud tire but i love the hum they make. when it comes to mud they dig like no other tire i have seen. i hope that helps

ya the tsl radial wasnt a bad tire just small but that pitbull rocker is one mean looking tire. i almost bought em but the price was way to much. the price of the ltbs were the major reasons i got them

Now....granted im still IFS..( for now) my trXus MT's have done great. on road, theyre quiet, and offroad....they've been great. theyre great in snow...which was my biggest concern. Im just not sure on tire wear..im sure being an interco...it's not too good....but time will tell. I will also be in the market for some DD/ light trail tires. not quite sure what way ill go. KM2's maybe...35" trXus....who knows.

looked at some 33x12.50 radials today and they have a 10" tread width section and measure just over 32"--on the truck. they look pretty good and will probably be the better tire for me over the 34 ltb's...as bad as i want them.

went with the 33x12.50 tsl radial. there are some and the blem page for 139. checked on them and they are not blems, just over stocked. got them shipped for $691. maybe that is a decent deal on them and i think they will be fine on my truck and should look pretty good.
