Red letters VS. White....

Picking up some "new" wheels tomorrow in Prescott for the Anthracite truck. Then off to Discount Tire to get some shoes. Opinion time: BFG 255/75/16 Muds or General Grabber 265/80/16's?

I have BFG MT 285/75/16's on the SC'd truck, and they're fine, but I like the red letter Generals too.

I definitely want a taller tire than the 285, just wondering what folks' opinion was with BFG vs. General as well as how big of a difference there is between 255 and 265. (can only get the General in a 265)

Was REALLY leaning toward 315's but I just don't wheel enough to justify the $$

Can't really go wrong with either, the Generals do not do well with mud though from everything I've read. Not popular up here for that reason so I can't speak to their abilities but I've seen and used the KM2 and it's an awesome tire.
