You must not wheel it enough. The Royal Blue actually scares the scratches away.

 

Remember, I was NEVER planning to wheel mine. Its purty. I'm sure it'll take me getting stuck ONCE to start looking into some upgrades.

 

wheelin is up for interpretation. As long as you're off pavement occasionally, whether it be a forrest service road or a mud pit, sometimes that's all that matters.

 

If you put the fridge off to the side behind your seat, you would have room for one to sleep in the rear.

I know my 4Runner had a bigger longer interior inside than the FJ, so it is doable.

Here is how my fridge sits now, and I lay, er I mean pile all the camping gear around the fridge.

 

I need the entire cargo area for sleeping so I could easily haul the fridge in the back but then I have to have some place to put it at night. Is is heavy? I could put it on the cargo rack on the top if I can lift it.

I know I'm beating this to death but I just get sick of trying to find ice or having food ruined when the bag leaks and my steak is all washed out.

 

To heavy to lift, they are not light, especially filled with drinks and grub.
