I used a summit aluminum 22x19 radiator P/N sum-380324 I cut a little sheet metal and added a lower crossmember to hold it.

Yes I used the stock fan for the A/C condenser and its stock location and bought a second one just like it at a junkyard and mounted it next to it. But I have a 91 runner. I dont know how different it is from yours.

Looks good! Maybe a little top heavy once its loaded up but it shouldnt be too bad. That bumper sticks out a lot farther than I thought it would looking at the pic from the front. But still looks good.

 

Thanks im actually gonna pull roof rack back off and shorten it so its not so tall. I like the bumper like that so I can sit or stand in it lol when im messing around under the hood. I also came up with another roof rack use park in the back of the drive in and throw a chair up there call it box seats lol

Did you use the stock radiator? What kind of shifter did you use?

 

I used the stock v6 radiator and a b&m mega shifter

Did you do anything with the fuel system?
Did you go with fuel cell? Did you install a aftermarket fuel pump or went with a GM fuel pump?

 

wat about using the OE dash or would it be easier to make a custom gauge pod with alt oil psi, speedo rev and gas water temp?

 

well in my case the only guages that still work are the gas gauge (i think) and the speedo. To use the stock tach you need to calibrate it with a potentiometer (not sure about that spelling) but I have a separate temp and oil guage and am planning on putting in an aftermarked tach.
