your fuel problem could be something simple like a regulator or a fuel filter?
oh and a tip that i myself like to do you may already know this but you can use
rtv(gasket maker) to help seal up your exhaust at the flanges, i used it to seal my wastegate of my integra and never had any issues as with the flanges on my runner.

It drives!!!! I took it out and rode around a little tonight. Still have a lot of issues but I can drive it around now. Still going easy on it right now, one to break it in but two it scared me a little the one time pushed it harder. As far as the transmission it was not shifting due to the speed sensor so until I can rebuild the other one I have I just disconnected the solenoids and shift it manually. The TPS is bad but the MAP was just a bad conection. I took a video tonight, not to good but I will load it tomorrow.

I still have a lot to do, I am waiting on the inter cooler that i will use. I hope to get the stock tach working so thats why the big one is temporarily in there. I need to swap the end cap on the tail of the transfercase to get the cable driven speed sensor to work. I know the videos suck and i will try to get better ones.
