A whole lotta clicking with the starter. [VIDEO]

I've got the electrical done and I wanted to crank the starter to see if everything turns over properly, but the starter just clicks. Is this a sign that I have wired something wrong? Perhaps a low battery or a bad starter?

Could be the battery, I would start there and make sure it's fully charged. If battery is fully charged, I would test starter.

if you try jump starting it, what happens? sounds like low battery or damaged battery/low amps. Voltage may test alright but not enough amps. Does the motor turn over by hand? Can you spin it with a wrench?
