Tranny problems after swap

Hi Guys! I just completed my swap the other day and started the motor for the first time. I have a 95 4Runner with and engine/ecu out of a 2000. I changed over to a manual tranny (ECU is manual tranny also). My problem is that I can't get the manual tranny to shift into all the gears. It only shifts into what I think is second gear. It feels like it's locked out of all the other gears. I can get it into neutral. So I'm wondering if there is anything I should try before buying another used tranny. Any idea? Thanks in advance for the help!

Dumb question, did you install a body lift at the same time? I ask in an attempt to see if the shifter is hitting the floorboard and preventing the shift handle from going into gear.

Also, what transmission did you use? You should be using a 87-95 R150F that was used with the 3.0; others might work, but will need additional work.

I did put a body lift on... plus I don't have the bezel on, so I can tell it's not hitting the floor. it is an r150f. Bolted right up, clutch is working good.

Which throwout bearing did you use? The 3.4 or 3.0? Yiu should have used the 3.0 becuase its shorter.

I have the correct throw out bearing. The clutch works fine. It only goes into one gear. It's a tranny issue, just wondering if there are any common issues that would cause this inside the tranny. The place I got it is trying to get me another one. Think I might go that route.
