shift knob difficulty..

In your honest opinions...w/ me being an inexperienced amateur...is it even reasonable for me to concern myself w/ trying to install this shift knob i've had for 2 weeks now..or should i just take it on the chin and have someone else do it...b/c i don't know what i'm doing when it comes to these things..and despite being pretty good at figuring things out..i've never connected wires or anything like that..so would this task deem too difficult for me to handle? I read up on the instructions agan today..trying to figure out whether i should really try or not..and..i didn't think i was up to the task..

Well, if you don't think you want to attempt it, maybe you beter find someone. I would'nt know who you could ask...speed shop? Should be 30 min. to an hour depending on installers experience. I was nervous as hell myself. It was straight forward and using a butt connector to hookup the wire was fast. I did have problems with on of the threaded holes for the set screw. Luckily, I had a tap. The Levoc is a real nice upgrade over the stock T-bone. Good luck.
