Anyone know the bulb size for the map lights and license plate lights on a 3rd generation?

Matt, you don't have a manual with your rig?
If not, you can get one at Toyota for about $14.
In it will be all the sizes of your bulbs.

Since your rig is pretty new, more than likely they stock the book.
I had to order mine for my '91.

 

The license plate bulbs are not 7443, those are the tail lights. The license plate lights are 143. The interior bulbs are pretty much the same for most vehicles. It's a 12v 10w bulb, but I'm not sure of the number. Just take one out and take it with you when you look for a new one. They are pretty standard and very easy to find.
