I'm gonna take a stab at this since its still fresh in my head... most of them are on E5 in my case... STA, IGSW, BATT, +B, (the etcs wire E5 pin 2 , 15 amp fused per you !) which mine stll ran without it hooked up but you'll need this to get the full throw of the throttle, STP, and FC. There were also a couple of wires from IK2 they were red /white , but if you have a 4 runner they're probably going to be blue / white. (These power all the engine sensors/ controls), and they will be hooked to switched power .. See if this works for you. I played with the MREL quite a bit but ended up not hooking it up to anything.

So new problem! Its cranking sometimes if the starter aligns with the fly wheel. We had to turn the fly wheel manually and it would crank. Also its not starting!
Just going over all the wiring. I didn't use mrel, but the fuel pump is kicking on. I guess I should try a spark test. The ecu might have a bad ground. I'm pretty sure the igniter doesn't need to be grounded to the body since it has a ground wire.

The problem with the starter was I didn't have enough amps going to the newer 4runner's starter internal relay, which I thought would be the same as the pick up. The power source for the starter was from the 40 Amp fuse, which is connector C1 pin 10. This goes to connector ii1 pin 3 then goes to the neutral start sw. From there it comes out the connector ii1 at pin 1 and splices to the ecu and starter.
Pin 10 of connector C1 is a pretty fat cable. I don't want to put to many amps through the n/p switch, so I am going to have to add a relay to send more amps to the starter's internal relay, which is how the 02 4runner wiring diagram shows.
I wonder if my oil pump is done for the transmission. We might have to put another quart in there to see if it builds pressure. From what I am seeing the transmission doesn't need any electrical input to work. Oh well at least I got plenty of practice pulling the tranny

The auto transmission fluid looks low, so that might be the cause of low pressure. I hope! I need to either add 1 fuse and relay or switch to the 4runner fuse box. The wedding is right around the corner and I want to roll out with the rv, but its sure is getting close.

Hey guys,
Here is a picture of the engine bay in a running condition. I still need to wire up the trans and dash lights. I have the next two weeks off for the wedding and might use Tuesday to finish up some wiring. Any advice on getting the ecu to the stock location?
I am going to Pick Your Part on Tuesday and getting the relay junction box that attaches to the fuse box. They usually come off 4runners with a/c condesnor fans (I think). This way I'll have a relay for the starter. Also going to pick up fuse terminals for the 15 amps I need for my ETCS.

The relay box I was going to use.
Wired it to the green relay.
Found out that when the coil had voltage it open the circuit. So I moved the terminals to the black relay, which is the correct style.
The new splice goes to the 30 amp fuse, which then goes to the relay.
Finished!
I still need to get the 15 amps to the ETCS, which I can probably knock out before class tomorrow. The RV is now moving!
The tranny fluid was just low. Therefore no pressure. Its all coming together now.

UPDATE!
Went to B and M Mufflers in Garden Grove, CA and got my the rest of the exhaust done. I got to say they did everything the way I wanted it for $200. I was dreading doing the exhaust because I wanted it routed between the torsion bar and frame, under the cross member and over the drive shaft to the stock muffler. This also includes installation of the donors stock cats and o2 sensors.
I assume the supercharger is going to choke on that stock 3vz pipe after the 2 cats, but I'll chop that after I pass the smog referee.
Still some wiring to do. I need to get the ecu in the cab and wire the speedo, tach, shifter indicator, and ect. There is probably something else, but its getting much closer now!

I like your 4runner build. If you can make an engine bay look like that you can do a motor swap no problem.
I would keep looking on the rv. We spent $10,000 on a 1991 toyota itasca with 24,000 miles. You can spend much less if you get one with more miles.

No update yet, but I have been messing with the heater hoses because they bug the crap out of me. I am going to have to go to pick your part on monday and pull a corolla 90 degree water valve.
