relay for fuel pump

So finally got to start my truck after swap and I have no power at the fuel pump relay.Got power at fuse box and ground and ign at fuel pump relay,but no constant 12 volts. does the ECU supply 12 volts to the fuel pump relay ?

No. It supplies a ground to drive the relay. It's labeled as FC which means Fuel Control or some thing similar I assume.

Check out the 3.4 swap 101 sticky. I made a little write up in which I tried to explain the fuel pump relay and what's happening in there.
