i got everything correct now. constant hot, tied bot grounds together, and the sil wire to the ecu. funny thing is i'm not getting any codes back. I don't have the speedo wired up yet, or o2's. LOL! Wtf!

However I got rid of the P1600 code. The Ecu hot wasn't hooked up correctly on the ECU plug D. I crossed the constant hot with something on the same plug. Swapped the wires and the code is gone...
