No. Use the 3.0 rad. Works just fine.

Also, you will use the stock 3.0 thermostat housing as well. This way you can use an off the shelf radiator hose, but it will require a little shortening of the end going to the radiator to clear the alt belt

I used 3.0 rad and stock 3.4 tstat housing. There are carquest hose numbers around here that get you the right hoses. Either lower or upper needs about 4 inches cut off one end though. Simple really.

Edit, I suggest changing the hoses to the oil cooler on the side of the block. Mine where rotted and heat damaged. Lasted about 1000 miles then burst. Not the easiest of jobs replacing them with the engine in.

I used both the upper and lower 3.4 hoses with my stock 3.0 radiator. Had to trim the lower one a bit to get it to fit, but otherwise it fit fine.

I got the EVAP figured out, just followed what elvota did in his swap.

Now I have read a lot about people having trouble with the ADD system, what's that all about?

Also I used the Power steering line from the 3.0 but I've noticed that the 3.4 has vacuum lines in it, what are those for? do i need them?
