Does anyone know if the exhaust manifold on a T100 drops down on the driver side? If so can I use the T100 exhaust manifold?

 

95+ t100 trucks with the 3.4L have the exact same side exhaust as the tacomas, and 3rd gen 4Runners....PASS side drop.

In fact, Toyota redesigned the bed, frame, and fuel tank on the T100 to accommodate that rather than redesign the 3.4L motor to be a drivers drop exhaust.

 

! I was hoping I could purchase a bolt on manifold and down pipe. Thanks for clearing that up. I guess I got to hack and weld the manifold up.

 

ORS used to sell a crossover pipe that has been modified.

If you talk to Vital22RE on here, he has done the 3.4L swap in his truck and could give you some pointers.
