this is the hope .. and so far we are on target .
just about done the "mock up" , and have our first prototype piece . I can then tear it all apart , and start on the individual fixtures and templates .
hope to have the FIRST set for Nick in May (if all goes well)

The longer you take to make these the longer I have to work them into my budget

You fellas use the cad program called Inventor? Its been a few years but i use to play around on it (if thats where this pic came from). Im sure there is newer and better software 6 years later than what i have. Looks like the same part preview though.
About these headers. My 94 that im doing the swap on has a 3'' body lift. Previous owner had it installed. Ive been thinking about trashing it and going the scoop route. Obviously a body lift can make a few tasks easier to access. But will leaving the lift benefit the routing of these headers?

Sounds GRRR-R-R-REAT! Which kind of exhaust gaskets you recommend using for these, and in general? Donor had trd headers and what i assume are the matching gaskets. I dont know the dif from the two? Plan on selling all that as a package and buying new. But ive read more negative feedback than good on the TRD version's. Plus they might not even be compatible with your headers for all i know! Whatever you recommend im going to buy for my entire exhaust... Hope that die works well up there for you guys. Then pays for itself 500 fold! People will buy these for years to come. I can already assure you that there is money here set aside to be shipped your direction. I appreciate you taking the time to do these right.

One of these days I gotta make it up to Canadia to your shop.
Maybe set up a yotatech meet in that area or something.

Dont forget you need a passport. My lady and I were in the Niagara falls area. Tried to cross over to check out the other side (Side that come to find out has everything going on!) and that was a huge unexpected no no. Maybe thats common knowledge? Wasnt anything but a lesson for us. Border patrol had me feeling like i was a terrorist!

new 2.5" die is here and all done .. ready for "production" , basically we're ready to go ..
but unfortunately , shop is just bursting at the seams .. just haven't had the time to finish them , with restorations, swaps and fiberglass , these have kind of taken a "back seat" . hopefully soon though
