When i did my swap last year, i took the stock manifolds from my donor motor, (2001 tundra) and cut them off at the flange plates, kept those and tossed everything else. Took them down to my buddy at the local muffler shop, along with the motor on a stand. told him i wanted 1 1/2" primaries, 3-2-1 dumped into a crossover that goes to the drivers side, no flex joint, with 2 1/2" pipe out, came back 2 weeks later, picked up the motor and took it back to my shop, fit perfectly the first time. header wrap on the crossover pipe, high temp paint, 2.5" exhaust the rest of the way thru. $750 i should have taken pictures before they went in, i could still get some if you wanna see. went into a 94 extracab, S/C, urd fuel mods, etc. my swap cost me about $10k, but she moves!!!
