On a Taco or mini truck its a tube that is all bent up and is bolted to both front lower A Arms and both sides of the frame. Its about 1 inch thick, maybe a bit less. You do not have a rear sway bar. 4Runners do have rear sway bars.

Just reading through the threads you have posted here. Between the cracked head, coolant in oil, oil in exhaust... Your junk is too screwed up to worry about swaybars and offroading.

Get that junk fixed before you think about going offroad, breaking in a big way, blocking a trail and ruining everyone's day. Please and Thank you.

I think you guys should fight uh next yotajam ?

Wade If you want to run with no sway bar then just diconect the end links (2 bolts each side) and push the bar up. Taking the bar off and installing is tricky unless you are replacing the worn bushings. The IFS will put a strain on your drive axles because they are working against each other instead of together, also the axles will flex/droop more so watch the outer cv joint for harsh angles when high centered in a mud hole or rock crawling. The sway on the road is very manageable w/o the bar (mines been disconected for 2 months) and it drives more like a truck
