Meguiar's NXT polymer wax

Meguiar's NXT polymer wax
Since I have a few friends that work for parts stores and one of them owed me a favor, I scored a brand new bottle of Meguiar's NXT polymer wax for nothing.
My rig has been clean for a few weeks and has been sitting in the garage since I cleaned it. Last night, I wiped all the dust off and applied a coat to the hood. The directions say to apply a thin coat, let it "cure" for 10-15 minutes and wipe off. I used the foam applicator pad that came with it and a microfiber towel to remove and buff. I definately notice a difference over the Megiuar's Gold Class liquid wax. I was always able to get a deep shine with that, but this is impressive. I took pictures, but my internet connection is still acting up at home (
Earthlink!).
Has anyone else used this, yet?

Try the spray-on....so easy in so little time...I can wax the truck in 10 minutes or less....easy on easy off...try it!

I did the NXT on my truck a couple of weeks ago and the shine looks good. The only problem I had was with my white truck it was *really* hard to tell where I'd applied the wax and if it was all buffed off.
I'm hoping it lasts a lot better than other Meguiar stuff I've tried. I've never seen anything they make last even 2 months around here...

I've not heard of the Collinite before. We'll see how the NXT does in Illinois and I'll let everyone know. At least with it there's also a spray version so I can touch it up easily if I need to...

I like the Zaino's products. Haven't tried any of the other non-carnuba finishes mentioned in this thread.

I tried NXT and wasn't impressed at all. Having hung out on Autopia I've tried MANY waxes/sealants. I use Klasse and S100 or #16 most of the time. Megs #16 is probably one of the best waxes out there and last for months, but it's hard to find. Even Megs paste cleaner wax is excellent for the price. You can buy Meg #16 Autopia for $12.95 http://autopia-carcare.com/meg-m-1611.html . As others have said it's great stuff.
