Have Tacomas changed much?

I've been looking for a Haynes manual for my '03 Tacoma, but I don't think they've put one out yet. I've only found manuals up to '00 Tacomas. Aside from a few minor things, I don't imagine Tacomas have changed all that much in the past couple of years. But I could be wrong. Anybody know if an older manual would be of use to me? Has any other company put a manual out for newer Tacomas? Howdy, by the way. I'm new here. Thanks a lot.

I have a 2000 Taco and besides a few minor cosmetics and a second Cat I don't believe there has been too much that has changed 2000+. Get on the TTORA forum as there is a larger population of Tacoma owners there. http://www.tacomaterritory.com/forum/

I'd recommend getting the Toyota factory service manual instead of the Haynes. It costs more but is superior in every way.

One thing.... make sure you post carefully on TTORA. They're not quite as forgiving or nice as the peeps here in Yotatech. They'll eat you alive but don't let them talk too much smack. If you ask well thought questions you should be ok. Cya in TTORA!

FYI:

It was either here at YT, or CustomTacos, or Tacoma Territory, or... - heck, I don't remember - but there was a credible report based on direct contact with Haynes that said Haynes claims they will **NOT** be developing a manual for the '01+ Tacos.
