Dent Removal!!!

Welp folks, I have finally experienced my first battle scar. I hit a small pine tree today while wheeling up a bad off camber section of the trail. Just wondering what you think can be done to it. I'm thinking of taking it to dent doctor to see if they can pull it out. It really looks like crap!!! Check it out. The picture is kinda big...

If more pics are needed just let me know

The can actually do wonders with dents nowadays. I heard they can get the dent hot with some kind of heat gun the put in under cold and the dent will pop right out. My wifes care got hammered by a hail storm and I was told that would be the way to fix the dents.

Well we'll just have to see what the ole dent doctor says in the morning. It always sucks going up the muddy hill last when everyone else has had a chance to rip it up before you I found myself winching up to the top.

Danny,

$116 is a fair price. Here in LA where this kind of stuff is ultra-competitive, each panel is ~$75. Since your dent is much bigger and in a place where they can't lever the dent out, they'll have to do a lot of interior access work. Just check the company's business rating and see if you can get references.

It'll be in the shop tomorrow morning. I forgot that I have jury duty friday. He said he was gonna take out the rear tailight and access the panel that way. Also he told me it was gonna take him 3 to 4 hrs to do the job. I really don't think 116 bucks is that bad. I'm just really concerned about the ole scratches now!

I dunno my truck came with 2 softball sized dents in it and something near the window where a guy tried to pop the rear windshield out with a crowbar. My dad thinks I should get the truck painted and I agree cause I want to make my own battle scars on the vehicle not someone else's.

btw one of the dents will be removed via the front fender i just bought for 47$ in nice ppg black primer.
